Missed Appointment Policy

London Dental Implant is obliged to consider the needs and value of time of all clients using our service. If you cannot keep an appointment, we request that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part allows us to give the appointment to another patient who needs to be seen. We understand that situations may arise that make it impossible for you to give 48 hours notice, and each incident will be given individual consideration based on your appointment history.

If you are unable to keep your appointment or give us 48 hours notice, a missed appointment fee of £50 may be charged to your account. We want to do everything we can to help you remember your appointments to ensure our clinical time is maximised, waiting times for appointments are kept down and our fees kept as low as possible. We will send you a text message or email to remind you of your appointment the next working day but ultimately it is the client’s responsibility to attend or re-schedule appointments that they cannot attend.

Whilst we understand that occasionally extraordinary circumstances may cause clients to be late, we would respectfully ask the clients to be punctual as we are unable to reschedule the appointment later in the day as this will cause the other booked clients to run late. Please note, your appointment may be rescheduled for a later date.
